Challenge of the week:

-100 squat jumps
- Left side and right side planks for 30 sec. each
- 50 push-ups (girl or military style)
**You can facilitate this workout in the comfort of your home or a local gym
(those who drink very little, to no water)
-8 BOTTLES PER DAY
(those who drink a fair a mount of water, but still drink a great amount of juice)
- 4 gallons a week
(those who drink mostly water, little to no unnatural beverage intake)
-A GALLON A DAY (at the least)
Drink your gallon at your pace. Mark your gallon jug by the hour to pace how much you are intaking. Too much at one time is NOT GOOD.
